Shipping Availability

Backroads Coffee ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Times

Orders are roasted and processed Monday - Thursday between 6:00am and 2:00pm. Coffee orders usually ship by next business day. Orders that are placed after 1:00pm on Thursday, may not be processed until the following Monday.

Please Note: Our roastery is open Monday - Thursday from 6:00am to 2:00pm *Excluding some holidays or in the case of inclement weather.

Shipping Options

Backroads Coffee online customers are able to choose between two different shipping carriers. Shipping is available through USPS or UPS. The following shipping options are available for each carrier:

USPS

• USPS Priority
• USPS Ground advantage

UPS

• UPS Ground
• UPS Standard

Notifications & Tracking

Once an order is processed, customers will receive a notification, via email, which will include a tracking number. Customers can use that tracking number to track their shipment.

Once an order is shipped, customers should contact their carrier should any issue with shipping or delayed shipping occur.

Shipping delays may occur during busy seasons such as holidays or due to weather.

Free Shipping Discount

Occasionally, Backroads Coffee offers a free shipping discount. The free shipping discount is only available on domestic shipments within the contiguous United States. Free shipping is only available when shipping to one address per order. The least cost shipping service is used for shipments utilizing the free shipping discount. Conditions or minimums may have to be met to receive free shipping. Free Shipping with a minimum: The free shipping discount only applies when the minimum is met (after any other discount is applied). Discounts can be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time.

Flat Rate Shipping Discount

Occasionally, Backroads Coffee offers a flat rate domestic shipping discount. The flat rate shipping discount is only available on domestic shipments within the contiguous United States. Flat rate shipping is only available when shipping to one address per order. The least cost shipping service is used for shipments utilizing the flat rate shipping discount. Conditions or minimums may have to be met to receive flat rate shipping. Flat Rate Shipping with a minimum: The flat rate shipping discount only applies when the minimum is met (after any other discount is applied).
