How to Edit Your Subscription
Your Coffee, Your Way
Through our subscription portal, you have full control over your coffee subscription from pausing and rescheduling to changing blends and more.
- View subscription details – Products, prices, and next order dates
- Cancel a subscription – End a subscription anytime
- Pause or resume – Temporarily stop or restart a subscription
- Skip or reschedule an order – Adjust the next delivery date
- Change the delivery interval – Update how often orders repeat

Common Subscription Changes
Add, Swap, or Remove Coffee Blends/Flavors
To add/swap/remove coffee blends, click "Manage This Subscription" from your portal dashboard next to the Active subscription plan you'd like to update. In the Subscription Details block, select the "Edit" button. Here you can add additional products, adjust quantities, swap or remove products from your plan. When you are done making changes, click "Save" at the bottom righthand corner. Any changes will affect your next order and all subscription renewals going forward until you edit again.
Pause/Resume, Reschedule, or Skip Next Delivery
PLEASE NOTE: You must pause, reschedule, or skip your next delivery at least 5 days before your next order or your change will not be processed until the following order.
Pause/Resume a subscription:
To skip a Coffee Subscription order, click "Manage this Subscription" for the active plan you'd like to change. In the top righthand corner, click the "Pause" button. Your subscription will not fulfill any further orders until you log back in and click "Resume" to resume your subscription plan.
Reschedule an upcoming delivery:
To reschedule your next order, click "Manage this Subscription" for the active plan you'd like to change. In the Next Order block, click "Reschedule" and select a new delivery date on the calendar pop-up and click "Save."
Skip a delivery:
To skip a Coffee Subscription order, click "Manage this Subscription" for the active plan you'd like to change. In the Next Order block that lists the next order date, select "Skip" to skip that fulfillment. Your subscription will then skip that order and fulfill the next order at your set frequency from that date.
Change Shipping Address
From the subscription portal, click "Manage This Subscription" next to your active subscription plan. In the Customer block, click "Edit" next to your Shipping address to make any necessary changes.
Edit Shipment Frequency
To modify the delivery frequency for a Coffee Subscription item, click "Manage this Subscription" from your portal dashboard next to the active subscription. In the Subscription details block, click "Edit" and you can adjust your Order frequency and Order interval (Days, Weeks, Months, etc.).
Change Payment Method
From the subscription portal, click "Manage This Subscription" next to your active subscription plan. In the Payment Method block, click "Update" and you will be sent an email directing you with instructions on how to update your email through the Shop App payment processor. If you do not see "Update" and instead see "Edit," you will be able to update your details directly in the portal.
Cancel Your Subscription
PLEASE NOTE: You must cancel your subscription at least 5 days before your next order or your cancellation will not be processed until the following order.
From the subscription portal, click "Manage This Subscription" next to your active subscription plan. At the bottom righthand of the subscription details page, click the "Cancel subscription" button.
A pop-up will appear to confirm and you can either click "Cancel subscription" and your subscription will be cancelled and no future orders will be placed. You will also receive an email notification confirming this.
If you click, "Keep my subscription" you will return to the subscription details without cancelling.
Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.
View my order history
Once you are logged into your portal, click "Manage This Subscription" from your portal dashboard next to the Active subscription plan you'd like to review. In the Order History block, click the dropdown toggle button to display and review your past orders.
