How many different coffees does Backroads Coffee offer?

Backroads Coffee currently offers over 150+ different varieties of coffee from our signature blends, straight roasts, coffees of orgin, microlots, seasonal offerings, flavors, decafs, organics, and Fair Trade coffees.

Where can I get Backroads Coffee for my home brewer?

Their are many ways to get our delicious coffee. Backroads Coffee is offered in both Bulk and pre-packed at our company owned retail shop, located in downtown Hayward, Wisconsin. Backroads Coffee also offers many varieties throughout regional grocery stores, coffee shops, and specialty markets. Another way to purchase our great tasting coffee is through our online store, we sell hundreds of varieties of coffee in 1lb and 12oz bags and can ship the product right to your door.

What are Promo Codes?

Promo codes are special codes assigned to a sale or discount offered to purchases made online. Promo codes are entered during your online checkout and the total is adjusted accordingly. Promo codes are limited to one promotion per order. If you have more than one promo code to use, you are allowed to chose which promotion you would like for that order, but only one may be used. Promo codes can be used in conjunction with other sales and promotions that don't require a promo code.

Where does Backroads Coffee ship to?

Backroads Coffee can ship anywhere! Our most common shipments are sent in the continental United States. Backroads Coffee offers a few different options for shipment in the United States. We ship your product through either the USPS, UPS, or regionally in the midwest via Spee-dee delivery. Each option is determined based on location, time, and total cost.

What are FREE SHIPPING promotions?

Backroads Coffee will occassionally offer Free Shipping promotions. These promotional discounts are only available with online purchases and must be within the continental United States. The discount is applied during your checkout by entering the Promo Code associated with the discount. If you are shipping outside of the continental United States or outside of the country, additional charges including international shipping charges may apply. Does Backroads Coffee ship internationally?

Yes, Backroads Coffee can ship your product internationally or to an APO / FPO base through either of the following carriers: USPS or UPS, however, these orders MUST be placed through our sales department by calling (800) 634-4951. Higher shipping rates and longer delivery times can be expected.

I wish our local grocery store and/or coffee shop offered Backroads Coffee!

They can!! If our product is not currently being sold in your local coffee shop, restaurant, or grocery store, talk to the business managers and ask them to offer Backroads Coffee. What makes Backroads Coffee taste So Good?

Our coffees characteristics such as the deep flavors, aromas, profiles, and attributes can all be attributed to our artisan slow roasting process. Backroads Coffee uses only high quality, specialty grade coffee which is roasted in small batches by experts in their craft. Time and attention to each roast is critical. With our high standards, a careful eye, and attention to each detail, our coffee is transformed from a green bean, to a smooth, well balanced finished cup, time and time again.

What is the best way to keep my coffee fresh?

After opening your bag of delicious Backroads Coffee, we recommend always resealing the bag after use and storing your coffee in a dark, dry place, such as a cupboard. It is not reccomended that coffee be stored in a refridgerator or freezer.
